Benny's Subs has always been a family owned business. It was established in 2004 by Ben and Corrine Vargas, their goal was to provide a wonderful experience for their customers from the moment they walked in, to the time they leave by always offering fresh, simple, delicious ingredients in all of their subs, soups, and salads. After almost two decades Benny and Corrine decided it was time to step away to pursue other passions. In 2023 the business was purchased by loyal customers Grant Langston and Whitney Dungey. The sibling team aligned with the original goal of the Vargas family by serving only the best for the Murrieta community.
